Who we are
These terms govern services provided by Tru Co Technical Services LLC (trading as Tru Group), a company registered in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By booking a visit or subscribing to a Tru Group plan, you accept these terms.
The service
Tru Group provides residential property-maintenance services on a monthly subscription. The standard plan includes scheduled servicing of air-conditioning units, plumbing inspections, electrical inspections, an allocation of handyman hours, unlimited emergency callouts within our service areas, and a 24/7 customer hotline.
The exact scope of work is set out in your individual subscription agreement, agreed during the booking visit. Inclusions and frequencies on the public website are indicative; your agreement is the definitive record.
Service area
We currently service Jumeirah Park, Townsquare, Springs, Meadows. Visits outside these areas are available case-by-case and may carry additional charges or extended response times.
Pricing and payment
Your monthly subscription fee is fixed at sign-up based on the number of AC units and the size of your property. Prices are quoted in UAE dirhams (AED), exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within seven days of invoice. We accept bank transfer, card payment, and cheque payable to Tru Co Technical Services LLC.
Parts and materials used during repairs are charged at cost. Non-standard work outside the plan scope (renovation, capital replacements, work outside the building envelope) is quoted separately.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time after the first billing cycle by giving 30 days' notice in writing to hello@trugroup.ae. Visits already completed are not refundable. Pro-rata refunds may be issued at our discretion for visits not yet performed within the final cycle.
Access to your property
You're responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property for scheduled visits. We'll always confirm the visit time at least 24 hours in advance. If we can't gain access at the agreed time and no alternative is given, the visit may be marked as completed.
Our liability
We carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the work we perform. Where our work causes direct, demonstrable damage to your property, we'll make good or compensate you, subject to the limits of our insurance cover.
We're not liable for consequential losses, loss of rental income, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions of the property that we couldn't reasonably identify during a standard inspection.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated to active subscribers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
